Hands-on support for impact ventures, and for the programmes and investors behind them.
We help founders with go-to-market (GTM) and funding, at home and in new countries. We help programmes support their ventures between sessions, and help investors check who they're backing.
Working across Africa, South Asia, the Middle East and Asia Pacific, with founders, programmes and investors based in these regions and beyond.

How we help founders, programmes and investors
Your product works. Let's get it adopted.
Most founders we meet don't need another workshop. They need a go-to-market plan that turns pilots into paying customers, the right funding, and someone to take on work they can't yet hire for. Not sure which grants to chase? Start with a free Swift™ bid check.
A 15-minute call about your product, your market and your biggest challenge right now. We'll talk through what a focused first piece of work could look like.
Your pilots went well, but they haven't turned into paying customers.
We usually start with a go-to-market (GTM) desk review that looks at three needs together: a partner to deploy with, a channel to reach customers, and a way to fund it. After a short brief call, our AI platform, checked by our senior team, shortlists promising partners across two or three segments you choose. For each one, we set out the likely route in, what's in it for them, the funding routes open to you and what still needs testing. We walk you through the findings, then build the GTM plan around who decides and who pays, and help you follow through, from preparing your pitch to joining first meetings where it helps. We use our relationships where they fit, but we don't promise meetings or sales.
Your results look too good to be true to buyers and regulators, because the evidence comes from you.
An independent evaluation of your pilot through Quanta™, with FieldPulse™ for regular progress reporting, so buyers, funders and regulators see results that someone else has checked. If you need government approval or a public-system buyer, we map the route and prepare the policy briefs, working alongside your regulatory advisers. See Quanta™
You're ready to take your product to a new country, but you don't know its buyers, rules or partners.
GTM support for entering new markets, with Africa a priority for us. Our practitioners have worked across many African and South Asian countries, and we have people in several African countries who know the buyers, regulators and partners on the ground.
The whole market is stuck, not just your product. Customers don't see the need, sellers won't stock it, or the rules hold everyone back, and no single company can fix it alone.
We look beyond your product to the whole market around it: buyers, sellers, rules, finance and habits. We work out what's holding it back and who could fix it together, so the whole category grows, not just your share of it. Our senior practitioners have grown markets this way. One national alliance brought rival manufacturers, marketers and donors together to grow a market none of them could grow alone. Development experts call this the market systems approach. You're not sure which funding to chase, and proposal writing pulls you away from the business.
Swift™, our free bid check, tells you within 24 hours whether a specific grant is worth pursuing. If it is, we help you write the proposal, with scope and fee agreed before we start. Claim your free Swift™
You want to raise equity, debt or a larger grant, but your model and paperwork aren't ready for scrutiny.
We test your costs, pricing and delivery model to show where they break as you grow, then help you fix them before you raise. We also help you prepare the records, financial information, governance documents and impact evidence funders ask for. We don't give legal or tax advice, but we work alongside your local advisers.
You're about to take money from an investor or funder you don't know well.
A KnowPact™ integrity check on the investor and its key people, before you sign: sanctions and watchlists, politically exposed persons, media coverage, ownership and control, and court or regulatory actions. Typically 72 hours once scope and people are agreed. See KnowPact™
You need a finance, fundraising, partnerships or communications lead, but not full-time yet.
Part-time senior support on a monthly plan, with goals agreed and reviewed each month. This includes thought leadership pieces, press, LinkedIn content in your own voice, and one-page briefs for funders and buyers. See Fractional Services

Your programme opens doors. We help your founders keep making progress.
The hardest work happens between programme events and after the cohort ends. We take on agreed tasks with your founders or grantees, working alongside your team.
A small pilot with a few of your ventures, each with an agreed task. You see the completed work before deciding whether to go further.
Your founders need fundraising, hiring and go-to-market help, but can't pay for it from lean budgets.
You set a support budget for your portfolio. Together we decide who can use it and for what. You see how the budget is being used as you go.
Support fades between sessions, and stops when the cohort graduates.
We take on agreed tasks with your founders between sessions. We can keep supporting alumni after the programme ends, so they keep making progress.
Many applicants, a small team, and real risk in who you select.
Screening against your criteria, with a practitioner reviewing every shortlist. Integrity checks on shortlisted founders. See KnowPact™
Your funders and board want results against their indicators, and reporting means chasing every founder.
We prepare progress updates from each venture's existing channels, built around the indicators your funders use. See FieldPulse™

Know who you're backing. Help them build stronger businesses after you invest.
Early-stage deals don't always justify extensive checks, but overlooked risks can become serious problems after investment. We help before and after the deal.
One integrity report on a deal you're considering. Agree the scope, then judge the report against what you use today before commissioning more.
You need to understand integrity risks in founders and companies, without paying for a full investigation on every deal.
A KnowPact™ integrity report, typically within 72 hours once we agree the scope and the people to check. It draws on licensed international databases and public records, an analyst reviews it, and it notes where records could not be checked. Deeper local enquiries can be added where a case needs them. See KnowPact™ and a sample summary
A company looks promising, but you can't tell whether its go-to-market plan will hold.
A go-to-market review of a pipeline or portfolio company: who the real buyers, partners and distribution channels are, what's in it for them, where bridge funding could come from, and what the company needs to do next. Use it before you invest, or to plan support after you do.
Your own investors and development finance partners expect environmental, social and governance (ESG), gender, integrity and impact data that early-stage companies struggle to produce.
We help portfolio companies set up basic policies and simple ESG and impact data that a funder can check. We then collect it in the format you report in. Building a gender-lens portfolio? We help companies collect and report gender data your investors can check.
After you invest, companies need hands-on help your team isn't set up to give.
Part-time support on finance controls, board reporting, fundraising, hiring and sales, so problems show early and your team can stay on new deals. See Fractional Services
